Montana Invitational is proud to announce a partnership with HBC Event Services. In order to better serve our SPORT community during tournaments, a “Support the Sport” format has been implemented. With competitive rates and customer service representatives available 24/7, HBC Event Services makes booking your tournament lodging experience seamless. 

“Support the Sport" establishes a tight partnership between the High School Invitational hotels, coaches, teams, and parents. Our primary mission for the “Support the Sport” events is to provide greater support to the local Bozeman community and ensure priority bookings at “competition facilities” (‘convention centers’ ‘sports complex’ etc) for future tournaments.

It is highly encouraged that ALL team participants book their housing accommodations through  HBC Event Services. This includes everyone in your travel party: players, family members, friends, etc.

Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons, like event cancellation, as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
